Women and Teen Self-Defense
Develop street smarts, personal safety strategies and confidence based on practical self-defense techniques for women of all ages.
Learn powerful skills for your body, mind and spirit. The first session is held in a classroom to cover the concepts of situational awareness to help you stay out of bad situations. The second session meets in the gym for practice with the physical techniques to use if you find yourself in a position to use them.
