As suburban sprawl spreads around Valley Forge National Historical Park, the park becomes increasingly important as a refuge for native plants and animals.
Assist in protecting and restoring native plants, control invasive plants and contribute to the health of the Park by assisting with cutting and hand-pulling, raking and spreading seeds as well as installing deer fencing.
Visit https://www.volunteer.gov/results.cfm?ID=9819 or Email Ecologist Kate Jensen: ka*********@np*.gov for more information or to join.
