Patrick Gauthron, first pastry chef at Le Bec-Fin and founder of Aux Petits Delices, will demonstrate chocolate dessert bowls filled with chocolate and raspberry mousses and Valentine heart-shaped chocolate bon bons. The evening ends with a wine tasting and take-home treats.
