Tredyffrin & Easttown Care is a local, all-volunteer non-profit that lends a hand to individuals and families in the T/E community who might need a little extra support. Rent, car repairs, PECO bills, camp payments, mental health bills, etc. can be daunting when times are tough. T&E Care does not offer long-term support, but tries to help bridge a gap during a challenging time. Funds are raised through local donations from individuals, businesses, or other organizations. Once a year T&E Care holds an event in an effort to raise the needed funds to allow it to lend a hand to our neighbors.
This year’s Community Concert will be welcoming back (for the third year) the Magical Mystery Doors – a band that plays songs from the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and the Doors. This band was named the Best Casino Show in the USA in 2022. We are very lucky they are able to join us again!
Free Face painting will be available to all children, compliments of Conestoga High School students, to any interested children, Betsy Daily dancers will be performing at intermission, and multiple food trucks will be on site for dinner and dessert (starting at 5pm).
Raffle tickets will be for sale during the first half (raffle tickets can also be purchased starting Aug 9 on the T&E Care website – you do NOT have to be present to be a winner – check the website for a list of prizes.)
Bring your chairs, your drinks, and your children, family, and friends and come join us on Saturday, September 9 (rain date: Sept 10), starting at 5:30 at Wilson Farm Park in Chesterbrook! We hope to see you there!
