Soaring at Sunset is a new fundraising event for 2019 celebrating America’s first hot air balloonist, Peter Carnes, who launched an untethered balloon from the Walnut Street Prison in Philadelphia in 1784.
The evening will feature bluegrass buskers The Cheddar Boys playing live, tethered hot air balloon rides by Air Ventures, food trucks, wine and beer vendors, historic tours and exhibits. Event runs 6:30pm to 9:00pm.

The balloon flights are weather dependent.
ADMISSION INFO
General Admission tickets include concert, demonstrations and tours and are $10 for adults, $6 for ages 4-12, and $8 for members.
Tickets to fly in the tethered balloon will be $20 and can be purchased on site.
