Created in conjunction with occupational therapists and local families specifically for visitors on the autism spectrum or with sensory processing disorder, this inclusive program strives to provide a welcoming experience through offering:

- Indoor and outdoor activities to meet a variety of sensory needs
- Hands-on art activities for all developmental levels
- Sensory break areas
- On-hand support of professional and student occupational therapists and friendly

Families with members on the autism spectrum or with sensory processing disorders may check out a free pack to use during visits to Brandywine. Created in conjunction with occupational therapists and local families, these packs are designed to create a welcoming experience and contain social stories, fidgets, noise-cancelling headphones, and activity suggestions.
To request a pack, inquire at Visitor Services when purchasing admission. For additional information, contact Laura Westmoreland at lwestmoreland@brandywine.org or 610.388.8120.
Also, service animals are welcome in the museum. Please check in at the Admissions desk in the Visitor Entrance upon arrival.
Accessible parking for vehicles displaying the appropriate disability permits is located on the far right side of the parking lot alongside the river, available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a designated barrier-free entrance into the Museum’s lower level, located at the entrance alongside the river, to the right of the main entrance and close to the accessible parking.
