Chef Karen Bentz will show students how to make favorite recipes from Iconic Philly Restaurants!
We will create four courses from different restaurants, current and former. This class can be enjoyed as a demonstration for those who would like to sit back and relax or can be hands-on for students who want to be actively involved in the cooking. Either way, you’ll learn new culinary techniques and indulge in delicious new dishes!
