To celebrate the Fall, the Borough is pleased to announce this year’s annual Spirit of Phoenixville – Halloween Parade & Trunk or Treat to be held on Wednesday, October 23rd at 7:00pm. (rain date is Thursday October 24th).
Followed by a Trunk or Treat in the 100 block of Bridge Street to Starr Street
Parade will be from 7pm – 8pm.
