The Academy of Notre Dame is thrilled to welcome a panel of experts from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as they discuss a performance and injury prevention initiative for student-athletes.
Research has shown that youth athletes can improve athletic performance and lower risk of injury when adhering to an injury prevention program. Clinicians from the Sports Medicine and Performance Center at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia will be presenting an education session on ACL and Lower Extremity Injury Risk and Prevention.
