Leave a costume, grab a costume. Radnor Memorial Library’s Halloween Costume Exchange is back.
Looking to pass along your gently used kids’ Halloween costumes? Consider donating them to the Radnor Library’s costume exchange, and get the opportunity to shop other donated costumes for free. Anyone who brings in at least one costume (complete and in good condition) is invited to browse the costume exchange on October 14-15.
