Forest bathing (also known as Forest Therapy) is a mindful experience, taking us out of our thinking brains and into our senses. It has shown to reduce stress, blood pressure, increase energy and improve mood and sleep. In this family-friendly walk, a certified guide takes you through a playful sequence to engage with the land. The walk is less than one mile and concludes with a tea ceremony and campfire.
