Celebrate Memorial Day with the Downingtown Borough.
Celebrate Memorial Day with a parade and ceremony in the borough of Downingtown. The Parade begins at Beaver Creek Elementary, continues down Pennsylvania Avenue and ends at Kerr Park. Ceremonies at the Veterans Memorial will follow.
