This fun, family friendly event features the symphonic fairy tale for children, Peter and the Wolf.
The final Chamber Series concert of the season will feature a medley of light-hearted instrumental and vocal selections including music for solo cello, fife and drum, and duo sopranos. The runner-up to our Youth Concerto Competition, Kai Freeman, will also be performing the first movement of the Saint-Saens Violin Concerto No. 3. The program will conclude with Prokofiev’s beloved children’s classic, Peter and the Wolf.
