Every Friday at 1:00 PM. Adults 55 and over are invited to join Betsy Klausman in a fun, fast-paced class designed to improve balance and strength while teaching easy dance steps. No experience necessary. Just wear comfortable clothing and log in ready to dance!
Please Note: There is no Dance Fitness Class in the last two weeks of December, on December 24 and 31. Have a very happy holiday!
