West Chester University and the Criminal Justice Student Association (CJSA) are teaming up to bring you a legendary comedian, singer, and entertainer Joe Conklin with the City Rhythm Orchestra.
Comedian, singer Joe Conklin performs with the City Rhythm Orchestra in a fundraiser for WCU’s Criminal Justice students to offset expenses for competitions and conferences.
