Bats are amazing creatures and they have been known to hibernate near Lower Perkiomen Valley Park.
Come learn about the life history of our local bat species, the threats they are facing, and what you can do at home to help the cause. We will visit the bat house that was installed in the park this year. If we’re lucky, we may see some bats swooping over the fields as they hunt for insects.
Pre-registration is preferred, contact 610-666-5371 to register; participants should meet at Pavilion 2; event will be held weather permitting. All ages; children must be accompanied by an adult.
