All Ages/Abilities Slow Flow Yoga Series

Join us for an All ages/All Abilities Slow Flow Yoga series set in the beautiful surroundings of The Willows Park Preserve. Reap the benefits of vinyasa yoga in a format that is accessible to all levels, with modifications and a mindful pace that allows space to explore alignment and sensation in each pose. Classes will be held on the Terrace (weather permitting) or inside the hall room of the Mansion. Class dates are September 13, 20, 27 & October 4 at 10:00AM.
