Talking About Death Won't Kill Us: Living Will Clinic

Thinking about our own death can be overwhelming, but having a plan can help us feel grounded and prepared. As a legal, written document outlining the choices we want made on our behalf, a living will can be created at any point in life. It can empower us with peace of mind and relieve future caregivers of decision-making burdens during times of crisis or grief. In this session led by Sunset Companions, participants will be gently guided in contemplating and answering important end-of-life questions, leaving the session with a meaningful experience of reflection and a draft of a living will.
