HOSTS for HOSPITALS is a nonprofit agency founded in July 2000 which provides deeply discounted lodging and support as a caring response to the housing needs of patients and their families who come to Greater Philadelphia for specialized medical care.

Prior to Covid-19, volunteer-Hosts had lodged at their homes a combined total of over 3,700 patient-families. During the time of the pandemic, we now place patient-families primarily at ‘private-setting’ housing: AirBnBs, in-law suite, cottage houses, corporate apartments, vacant hoes and apartments.  Anyone who has or may know of someone with such lodging to possibly offer is invited to contact us: 484-380-2999 / lo*****@ho**************.org (www.hostsforhospitals,org)
