Elizabeth Swartz received her BFA in Printmaking and Metalsmithing Design from Rochester Institute of Technology. Early work included Graphic Design in both Philadelphia and New York and during this time, Elizabeth has made jewelry making her ongoing artistic endeavor. In 2009, she began work in bead-making using polymer clay as her main medium. A long-standing member of the Haverford Guild of Craftsmen, Elizabeth’s work distinguishes itself amongst her peers as one of a kind in its creative vision. Taking inspiration from nature, mimicking shapes, colors and forms, Elizabeth’s work is the culmination of a deeply personal connection to the natural word.
