The Cornley Drama Society are staging a 1920s murder mystery, but as the title suggests, everything that can go wrong… does!
It’s opening night of The Murder at Haversham Manor where things are quickly going from bad to utterly disastrous. With an unconscious leading lady, a corpse that can’t play dead, and actors who trip over everything (including their lines), it\’s a hilarious farce of misadventures and missteps. Nevertheless, the accident prone thespians battle against all odds to make it through to their final curtain call, with hilarious consequences! The international hit, The Play That Goes Wrong is equal parts Monty Python and Sherlock Holmes and continues to delight audiences in New York, NY, but will grace the “Stoga Theatre stage for a side-splitting three-day run.
