Cooking was an essential part of everyday life on the farm. Experience how families prepared food in the 18th century by preparing a meal in the colonial kitchen. Participants will prepare an 18th century meal and taste what they’ve created.

We ask participants to dress appropriately for the weather and wear closed toed shoes. For safety reasons, the minimum age for this workshop is 10 years old. Participants between the ages of 10 and 16 will need to be accompanied by a guardian also participating in the workshop.
