Join an inviting, safe, and age-appropriate space for mothers/female caregivers and their daughters (ages 12-18) to strengthen their bonds through shared listening, creative expression, and skill building.
This 8-session series promotes empathy, communication skills, stress reduction, setting limits and honoring boundaries, exploring meanings and messages about female identity, identifying relationship accountability, and experiencing affirmation together and within their broader female community. WHEN: Tuesdays, 5-6:30pm, August 9-September 27, 2022 (8 total sessions)
