The Delaware County Symphony’s upcoming concert will feature a performance by Samuel Kim, the winner of DCS’s annual Youth Concerto Competition.
Our featured youth soloist, Samuel Kim, is a student at Conestoga High School and currently studies cello under Ohad Bar-David of the Philadelphia Orchestra. He has already performed with the PMEA district, regional, and state orchestras; as well as with the NAfME national orchestra. Samuel will be performing Haydn’s Cello Concerto No. 1 in C Major with DCS.
The symphony will also be performing Gershwin’s Cuban Overture and Grofe’s Grand Canyon Suite.
