The Philadelphia Sailing Club is hosting a Skills Development Course which will run from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Coffee and donuts served in the a.m. Bring lunch and or snacks.

The whole group morning session will focus on skipper and crew tasks for getting a large sailboat away from the dock and returning to the berth.  Sailing theory and basics of tacking and gybing will be options for those new to sailing.

New modules for all levels; navigating with electronic charts; safety and etiquette aboard; dealing with emergencies.

Class size is limited to 20 people and vaccinations will be required to minimize health risks.
