Running through the winter is tough! It’s cold, the paths are covered in snow and ice, and the shorter hours of daylight force us to run in the dark.
So, why get out of your warm bed to run in the winter? To put it simply, running in winter will make you a better runner. Oh, and let’s not forget to mention the most important thing: It’s more fun to run with friends! Join our Winter Break Running Series and get ahead start on your training for the Blue Cross Broad Street Run and other spring races. All paces and faces are welcome to run!
