Candlelight tours, crafts and holiday treats
Enjoy a candlelight tour through the halls of an 18th century mansion, make fun holiday crafts and sip some old-fashioned wassail, 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, at Historic Waynesborough in Paoli.
Costumed guides will talk about holiday traditions of times gone by as you stroll through the decorated home of Revolutionary War General Anthony Wayne. Stop in the carriage house to make traditional pomanders, paper Gingerbread hearts and Victorian greeting cards. Holiday snacks will be offered. Dress up in holiday or vintage attire and take a photo in front of a historic scene. Fun for the family!
