In anticipation of their 92nd season, Footlighters Theater is excited to welcome friends and neighbors to its grand reopening with a fun & music-filled Neighborhood Block Party at 58 Main Ave., Berwyn from 12-5pm on Saturday, September 18th.    

Forced by the pandemic to close in March 2020, the theater and its members have been lying in wait for the chance to re-open its doors.  The board of directors used those many months to work with local benefactors and businesses to refresh, restore and refurbish their incredible 137-year-old theater (once the original Berwyn Methodist Church) inside and out.

Anxious to bring people in to see the beautiful results of their labor, the theater will officially open Saturday, September 18th for a day of live entertainment, games, refreshments, backstage tours, a moon bounce and special character guests for the enjoyment of its theater patrons, neighbors, friends and family.  The festivities are Free and will begin at noon and continue through 5pm.
