St. David’s Episcopal Church will hold a drive-through exhibition, entitled The ThoroughFair on Saturday, October 3 from 10:00am to 2:00pm.  This event is the first of a trio of upcoming events being held by the church as alternatives to the traditional St. David’s Country Fair and Auction and will be followed by the Steals and Deals Shed Sale on October 17 and the church’s first ever virtual auction The UnFair! on November 6.  As in past years, 100% of all proceeds from these events will benefit local and international outreach partners of St. David’s.  These events, which are free and open to the public, collectively mark the 169th year of the St. David’s Country Fair and Auction, the longest running church fair in the country.

The ThoroughFair is a planned 20-minute drive through St. David’s beautiful grounds, beginning at the Chapel entrance where participants will receive a driving map and be greeted by live music.  Short stops along the way will highlight St. David’s Outreach Partners and the contributions they make to local and international communities through funds raised annually at the Fair. Also featured will be a pumpkin decorating contest display and the Fair’s traditional Photo Button Booth, all enjoyed from the comfort of your car.

The ThoroughFair will be held rain or shine.
