Axelrod Memorial Blood Drive in Haverford Township will be working to save lives while following strict protocols to ensure the safety of all donors during the pandemic. For every unit of blood collected at the drive on October 8, Carol’s family will make a donation to the Delaware County Interfaith Food Assistance Network (DIFAN). If the blood drive collection surpasses 150 units, this donation will be doubled.
