This online painting class with Wayne Art Center’s artist, critic and expert instructor Kassem Amoudi offers students the opportunity to explore space, mark making, and different ways of applying colors. Expert instruction and advice from the instructor will push students to explore new possibilities and work more intuitively, allowing unplanned marks and passages to become artistic breakthroughs. Instructor will also meet with students one-on-one using Zoom for private critiques throughout the course.  Examples from contemporary and modern art will be examined to promote a broader understanding. Advance beyond confined lines and hard edges to a more liberated way of painting!
