Our goal is to offer the children the educational support, along with the physical activity and mindfulness that is currently lacking in their virtual school day while providing a safe learning environment. Physical activity during the day helps with self-esteem, improved concentration, reductions in depressive symptoms, and improvements in sleep. All of which are a challenge right now! Calming anxiety and building healthy coping skills is equally important. Having a mid-day activity and finishing the school day with yoga and mindfulness will help your kids get through the new school year!

Each student will be provided with their own pod, consisting of a school desk, sanitizing materials, and any school supplies they might need to assist with their virtual learning and create the feel of a classroom to enhance their learning. We are keeping our limit to 8 students so that safety and individualized attention for each child are priorities.
