Whether you are an experienced yogi or just starting out, join us for this all- level flow class surrounded by the beauty of autumn. We will use breath
and movement to calm the mind and build strength, flexibility and balance.
BYO mat and hand sanitizer. In case of inclement weather, class will take place on Friday.
$60 for all classes or $20 for drop in class.
