Chanticleer’s re-opening is an important step in our community’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. The world has changed, and Chanticleer’s ticketing procedure and guidelines for safe visiting have as well.
Chanticleer is now open to 2020 Season Pass holders. General ticketing begins June 27. Garden capacity will be limited in order to manage safe distancing. All Season Pass holders arriving by personal vehicle must reserve a parking voucher for the day and time of their visit. Every person 13 years and over in the vehicle must be covered by the season pass. Individual tickets can be only used starting June 27.
Visit our website for more details about our re-opening plan.

Our parking lot holds 120 cars and can fill on weekends and Friday evenings. Please car pool and understand once we reach capacity, you will need to wait until the parking staff directs you to an open spot or plan to visit at a non-peak time.
Chanticleer is wheelchair accessible. The topography through parts of the garden is steep so please discuss with our Receptionist the best way to proceed on the path before you begin your tour. We recommend that you park in a designated spot near the entrance so that the garden is easily accessible for the wheelchair. Wheelchairs are not available for rent at the garden.
