The Women’s Board of Lankenau Medical Center will hold its annual Holiday Fair and Bake Sale on Thursday, December 5, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Friday, December 6, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the Frankel Lobby and Atrium on 100 East Lancaster Avenue in Wynnewood. The Holiday Fair benefits the medical center as it enhances community and holiday spirit, bringing together numerous auxiliaries in support of a fun shopping experience for both visitors and employees.

Vendors will be selling items including nutcrackers, candles, jewelry, handbags, hand-knit scarves, homemade gourmet candy, children’s items, and more. There will be the ever-popular White Elephant sale of secondhand treasures. The Nurses’ Alumni will sponsor a bake sale of home-baked goodies and treats.  Chances will be sold for a money tree and gift baskets.  Women’s Board member Janet Myers-Fagan is chairing the event. Proceeds are used to enhance patient care programs at the medical center.
