The Delaware County Symphony (DCS) opens their 2019-2020 season on Sunday, September 22 at 3:00 pm with a concert that explores the soul of chamber music.
The DCS performs a chamber concert which glistens with warmth, energy and soaring creativity. Each composition offers a feast of music that blossoms with inspiration from nature and the emotional ambiance of life in our region. Central to this concert will be the world premiere of Ms. Campbell’s The Four Seasons of Delaware County.
The concert will also include Beethoven’s “Spring” Sonata for violin and piano, selections from Tchaikovsky’s Seasons, and a floral yet breezy Schubert song. The DCS chamber music series is under the direction of Jennifer Nicole Campbell who serves as Chamber Music Director and Artist In Residence.
