On Tuesdays in September, starting at 1:00 PM, Dance instructor Oliver Larmi instructs New Horizon’s new Folk Dance Aerobics Class.
Folk dances are traditional dances from countries all over the globe. It is a great way to get exercise, socialize, and move to a variety of international music. No previous dance experience, partner, or costumes are necessary. Nordic, Israeli, German, Polish and Bulgarian dances will be taught. If you can walk, you can folk dance. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll fit right in!
