Goethe’s consummate poem, “The Metamorphosis of Plants” mingles poetry and science and illumines symbolic truths for its readers. LF creates a Lieder recital inspired by this epic work, dedicated to all things botanical. Songs of Schubert, Wolf, Schumann, Brahms, Strauss and more.
