The January 6th and 13th classes will be led by Dr. Peter Graham, professor at St. Joseph’s University discussing the plastics problem and solutions. The third class in the series will be led by Dr. Dan Burnham on what happens to the recycled and non-recycled waste we put out for curbside pickup, especially in Radnor Township. The fourth class will be led by Lynn Wolcott, former adjunct professor at Temple University, on some Scandinavian programs to reduce plastic waste. The final two classes will discuss ways we can reduce food packaging waste and prepare healthier meals.
