Read & Romp is an exciting hour of storytime, crafts, and games for children age 2-6 at the National Liberty Museum. This week, let’s talk about Martin Luther King, Jr.!
Join us with your little learner, ages 2-6, for Read & Romp, an exciting hour of imaginative storytelling, interactive games, and creative crafts in the Museum’s galleries. Read & Romps are held twice a week, on Monday and Saturday mornings. Learn about the “story of the week” and choose the day that works best for you! Snacks and Museum admission are included.
This week your little one will learn about the great civil rights leader in The Story of Martin Luther King Jr. by Johnny Ray Moore. A Museum Educator will read the story that’s written especially for young learners to discover the power of their own dreams. To go along with the book, we’ll create “dream clouds” and practice handprint painting as we celebrate this great leader. This Read & Romp will also be held on Saturday, January 19.
$10 for 1 child + up to 2 adults (additional fee for multiple children.)
