Chester County Down Syndrome Interest Group’s Buddy Walk and Family Run & Fun Day includes a 5K and traditional Buddy Walk as well as a Fun Run and Dash for kids, music, auction items, and other fun activities.
The Chester County Down Syndrome Interest Group (CCDSIG) is a nonprofit organization that began in 1998 with a group of parents who wanted to meet for social contact and support. Today our goals include reaching out to new families, providing educational and social opportunities for our existing members, and educating the community in order to promote awareness.
The Buddy Walk & Family Run & Fun Day is our biggest event and fundraiser of the year with over 1000 people in attendance. Whether you choose to run, walk, enjoy the music, browse the auction items, or even volunteer, this will be a day you won’t soon forget.
Registration is $35 for the 3.21 Go Run 5K; $20 for the 3.21 Go Run Fun Run (for kids); $10 for the Family Fun Day Carnival and Buddy Walk
