The Monell Center celebrates our first 50 years of scientific research into the senses of taste and smell and their vital role in our lives, our health, safety, and security.
Join us for a four-course small plates dinner, accompanied by commentary on taste, smell, health, and safety from Monell’s world-renowned scientists. Dinner selections will be crafted by Chef Daniel Stern, recognized for his unexpected spin on modern American cuisine.
Following dinner, enjoy an interactive presentation by Nicola Twilley and Cynthia Graber, hosts of Gastropod, an award-winning podcast that looks at food through the lenses of science and history. Then mingle during a dessert reception with other guests and our Gastropod hosts.
