The magic of mindfulness is that it can help us cultivate emotional resilience, feel compassion for ourselves and others and sharpen our interconnected moral compass.
Families from diverse backgrounds are invited to learn and practice mindfulness skills together. Sessions will offer a bit of neuroscience, movement, games, exercises, poems, equations, stories and tools like bubbles and flashlights. Plus, goodies to take home for practice!
