Mindy will offer experiential exercises, didactic learning, as well as wisdom and insight from a 55 year history with horses. From discussing mirror neurons as well as how to rewire our brains, we will explore what horses can offer us in today’s world. For the last session, class will be held onsite at Chunk of Heaven Horse Farm in Newtown Square, one of the last working horse farms in Delaware County.
