100 Years Later: Woodrow Wilson and the Armistice Ending World War I

Presented by Foreign Policy Research Institute at Merion Cricket Club

On the centennial of its signing, join historian John Maurer for a talk reflecting on the historic armistice that ended WWI, the negotiation of the Versailles Treaty, and how the seeds were planted for an even greater war twenty years later. This event is part of a series of lectures Maurer has done for FPRI in Philadelphia and Manhattan on the outbreak of World Wars I and II, and their resolution. Maurer, we are proud to say, got his start at FPRI, and has taught at the Naval War College for over 25 years, where he previously served as chairman of the Strategy Department.

Admission Info

Entire series is free for FPRI Members at the $500 level and above, or $50 per person, per session.
