The 16th annual People’s Light Golf Classic to benefit the Arts Discovery Programs at People’s Light is a great day of golf at White Manor Country Club. With a slope rating of 142 and a USGA Course Rating of 74.2, White Manor is the highest-ranked course in Chester County, according to a Philadelphia Business Journal article rating area courses. White Manor was also recognized by Golf Digest in 2015 as one of the Top 25 courses in Pennsylvania.

Join us for a fun filled day outdoors, soaking in fresh air, sweeping views, and a little friendly competition on the course. Start off with a BBQ-style lunch before venturing out on the course with your friends and colleagues. This 71-par Bobby Weed-designed course is filled with beauty and challenge, and the legendary Hole 8, surrounded by water to the front and left of the green and a bunker to the right. We’ll have a special prize for the golfer who can overcome this devilish hole.

Once off the course, enjoy informal networking and White Manor’s incredible views while indulging in a cold beer or your favorite cocktail. We’ll have a couple more chances for you to show off your golf skills, and for you to learn what our Arts Discovery students have accomplished this year. Dinner will follow, and we will announce our raffle winner. If you are unable to spend the day or would like to attend, but don’t golf, please join for dinner or lunch.
