Rebecca Fox Starr is the author of Beyond the Baby Blues: Anxiety and Depression During and After Pregnancy, and is a writer, blogger, podcaster, and mental health advocate with an unyielding desire to help other mental health sufferers. Hilary Waller is the Director of Programming and a psychotherapist at The Postpartum Stress Center in Rosemont, PA where she provides individual and group therapy services, coordinates all training and education programming, and instructs the majority of education in-services.
