Did you know that Haverford Properties is trying to flood the edge of Radnor Township (the current Hamilton Properties on Strafford ave and Eagle Roads ) with 41-3 story townhomes, and 9 single family homes?

This will change the landscape and flavor of this part of our community with huge irreversible, impactful outcomes

• Storm water management
• high density of homes creating a tremendous car & foot traffic flow to the Strafford Train station with no connecting sidewalks
• insufficient traffic exit flow from proposed townhouse site
• school overpopulation at every level
• newly created light pollution & proper landscape preservation

These are all major issues for area residents. We have been protesting this at every Radnor township meeting for over a year with little movement from the developers.

We WALK in protest SATURDAY March 6 @ 10:00 AM, starting at West Ave & Eagle Road, as a unified community, to illustrate the foot traffic that could easily occur on these arteries, during a traditional Saturday morning. JOIN us RADNOR residents, JOIN us T/E residents!
