Andee Axe makes art that smiles at you. And it makes you want to smile back. No matter what color is on her brush, she paints from a palette of vivid emotions, happy memories, and pure joy. Whether familiar or famous, the subjects in her paintings aren’t afraid to have fun and take you along for the ride. They dance. They wink. They sparkle. They use bold pop colors to celebrate the brightest moments we share with the people who we love. Each painting sends a burst of happy into the world, and that’s something we can all appreciate.

Andee is the kind of person who has never been able to sit and watch the paint dry. From an early age, she has always had her sleeves rolled up, always ready to enthusiastically make a splash on any canvas she could find. She studied two-dimensional fine arts at Moore College of Art and later worked as a licensed artist inside Philadelphia. Her independent work appears in numerous private collections and can be seen in Philadelphia Galleries and her private studio by appointment.
