While in class, students will complete a round of the Whole30® program, learn which non-processed foods like grains, dairy and sugar you should eliminate from your diet and discuss how removing these inflammatory food groups can have significant health benefits (including weight loss) by giving your body time to heal from the effects of gut damaging foods. Includes a cooking and tasting session, recipes and the development of a community for support.
